  • Guided Tour
As we work to get through this challenging and unprecedented time, it is more important now than ever to take care of ourselves and stay connected with each other. We have specific programs and resources to support your health and wellbeing during these difficult times.

Espyr is your local Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and offers assessment, short-term individual counseling, and referral for all KP employees and their dependent family members. All EAP services are free, voluntary, and strictly confidential.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers assessment, short-term counseling, and referral for all Kaiser Permanente physicians, employees, and their dependent family members. All EAP services are free and strictly confidential.

EAP professionals are licensed, trained clinicians that can help you address work-related or personal problems before they become too serious:

  • work or personal stress
  • family and relationship difficulties
  • domestic violence
  • financial and legal referrals
  • depression, anxiety, or other emotional support
  • alcohol and drug addiction
  • dependent care referrals
  • past trauma / PTSD
