As we work to get through this challenging and unprecedented time, it is more important now than ever to take care of our mental health and wellness. We have resources to help you manage stress and anxiety, build resiliency, and get the support you need.

Important Employee Assistance Program (EAP) phone numbers to support your mental health:
  • NON-URGENT: To make an appointment with your local EAP Consultant, see the Talk to Someone box below.
  • URGENT: We have temporarily opened a 24/7 line for you to discuss any distressful or impactful concerns during these trying times. Talk 24/7 with an EAP Consultant at 877-801-5751.
  • SUICIDE HOTLINE: To talk with someone 24/7, call 800-273-8255 or text “WORDS” to 741741.
